Kate originally hails from the Philadelphia area, where she performed with such theaters as the People's Light and Theatre Company, Flashpoint Theatre Company, Azuka Theatre Company, Theatre Catalyst and Brat Productions. More recently, Kate has appeared on the Boston stage, performing in Fort Point Theatre Channel’s Present Imperfect, Bad Habit Productions’ The Laramie Project and Speed the Plow, and Makeshift Theatre Company’s Hansel & Gretel.

Kate received her BA in Theatre Arts from Boston College, after which she worked as an acting apprentice at the Actors Theatre of Louisville, performing on ATL’s main stage and appearing in the Humana Festival of New American Plays.
