Rumors Unfortunately, over the past few months, rumors have been circulated by magazines not unlike: The National Enquirer, Star, and Seventeen. These rumors have linked the boys to certain love interests in the entertainment industry. Statement Pure Hype's official stance on these matters is that they would ask the press to be satisfied with their on-the-record statements that say, "All accounts of secret love affairs are either exaggerations or at least in part untrue." Pure Hype asks that the press respect their privacy and the privacy of their "friends" despite their ground-breaking historically unprecedented fame. Photos As far as the band is concerned, they have no clear knowledge as to whether the photos are authentic or as to when they may have been taken. They suspect that these photos may have been forged by someone not unlike an editor of one of the magazines above. The boys, however, do know one thing, that their one true love is their fans. "Those fans will always be #1 in my heart," stated RJ, "I'm out there for all the young ladies in the audience. They're the real stars of my show!" Adam suggested that his relationship with Christina Aguilera may have been exaggerated, but he hinted that he may possibly have some interest in seeing her more often in the future. J-Rod emphasized, "Although I may have a girlfriend, like Brit, from time to time, I always have a special place in my heart for the fans! "I really don't think this photo is authentic, but an existing relationship (if any) between myself and Brit would be personal. I thank my loyal fans for respecting my privacy and would ask the media to do the same."
